How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Physical Inspection

The defective part must be physically inspected. You have two options:

Option A: Local Dealer

Submit the part to your nearest authorized Spitze dealer for inspection. They will verify and submit the inspection report to us.

Option B: Return to Us

Return the part directly to our inspection facility. We will provide return shipping instructions after claim approval.

Claim Resolution

Once inspection is complete (3-5 business days), approved claims receive immediate replacement part shipment or refund processing.
